I thought that I&#039;d been more stressed due to the extreme work load at that time. Even if the technology can help in getting  in-depth knowledge on the relaxation and stress levels, just making sure you have enough time for sleep may already be sufficient, as one dietitian commented in my Facebook site.</description>
