Nuts, fish and poultry seemed to good for cardiovascular health whereas red meat was associated with increased risk of CHD. Eggs and dairy products, both low and high fat, were rather neutral in terms of CHD. Results diverge from what was published by Minha et al earlier this summer in their meta-analysis.
